Chris Bradburn

CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

Chris Bradburn is CFO for Birkla Investment Group LLC and its affiliated companies.  Prior to joining Birkla Investment Group, Chris spent 21 years as a CPA in the Real Estate Practice Group of Katz, Sapper & Miller. 

As CFO for Birkla Investment Group, Chris concentrates on financing, tax and accounting issues impacting commercial real estate development, construction and asset management.

Chris is married with two children and is an active volunteer in his community.  Chris currently serves as Treasurer of the Lawrence Township School Foundation, Treasurer for Lawrence Swim Team, and President of his neighborhood HOA. 


Tim Hill

DIRECTOR OF DESIGN & DEVELOPMENT

Tim Hill has 16 years of real estate development, construction and property management experience. He is applying his architectural and design experience to create innovative cutting-edge multi-family communities.

Creativity, generosity and integrity are part of his essence, so he continually seeks to infuse these characteristics into his ecosystem and the projects he is blessed to be associated with.

Outside of work, Tim is a loving husband and dedicated father to his wife and seven wonderful children. He is an accomplished artist, loves to backpack and mountain bike, is an avid college football fan, enjoys learning about American and Catholic history and is active in his community parish.


Mike Stone

PRINCIPAL BROKER

Mike Stone has over 22 years of real estate development and sales experience, in both residential and commercial. His career began on Hilton Head Island, SC as a Class A PGA Teaching Golf Professional with the Melrose Company that eventually led him to the real estate industry in Aspen, CO, Las Vegas and Central Indiana. Prior to becoming Principal Broker for Birkla Investment Group, Mike was the Principal Broker for the Sagamore Community in Noblesville, providing real estate expertise to all of Sagamore and Central Indiana. He was responsible for all facets of the Sagamore Community development from infrastructure, Architectural Boards to Real Estate.

Keeping Mike busy outside of work is his family, with his wife and four children. He is a diehard Pittsburgh Steelers fan (sorry Indy), who if possible, would spend every moment golfing and fly fishing.

Mike brings with him an abundance of experience and knowledge and prides himself on providing a stress free personalized real estate experience that exceeds his clients’ expectations.


Tracy Van Osdol

DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS & HR

Tracy Van Osdol has 19 years of experience working in both residential and commercial real estate and the construction industry. Immediately prior to working for Birkla Investment Group, she had filled the same roles for Anderson Birkla Investment Company and Denizen Management.

Tracy began her career as a residential real estate assistant in the Indianapolis area before moving on to Development Assistant for Pedcor Investments. Subsequently, she worked as Office Manager and Development Coordinator for Flaherty & Collins Properties and Alderson Commercial Group.

Outside of work, Tracy enjoys volunteering at events in the Indianapolis area. She also enjoys, traveling, hiking, kayaking and spending time with family, especially her three young granddaughters.


Lynn Wall

Director of Construction

Lynn Wall is a 40 plus-year veteran of the construction industry with over 30 years of large-scale commercial work and ten years of multi-family development experience to draw from. Lynn excels in the design and planning stages of the construction process and is mindful of the development standards and client expectations throughout the execution of every project.

Notable projects that Lynn has overseen include several professional and collegiate sports venues, the Carmel Palladium, Indiana Convention Center Phase V Expansion, and “The Otis”, a 260-unit multifamily development at historic Fort Benjamin Harrison. As Director of Construction for Novo Development, Lynn interfaces with Design, Development, Brokerage and Property Management to ensure a seamless delivery of each Novo Development project.

Lynn’s passions include his wife, three children and first grandson. He and his wife love to travel and he is a longtime IndyCar enthusiast and avid supporter of the Colts, Pacers and Boilermakers. Lynn was a member of the 2011 Super Bowl Pursuit Committee, a five-year member of the Indiana Construction Round Table, and Committee Chairman of the Purdue Construction Management Advisory Council.


Oksana Lukjanenko

President of Property Management

Oksana Lukjanenko has been in the property management business for over 20 years. Born and raised in Latvia, a small country on the Baltic Sea, Oksana graduated from the University of Latvia with an Accounting Degree, and earned a post graduate degree in Accounting and Business Management at the University of Cincinnati.

Throughout her career, Oksana has held roles such District Manager, Regional Manager, VP of Operations and now as the President of Property Management with Denizen Management. Oksana holds CAPS designation and currently serves on the Board of Directors with Greater Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky, OAA Legislative Committee and as a Delegate of Ohio to NAA which provides employees and the clients of Denizen Management with an advantage of a first row seat to constant developments in the industry as well as her participation in creating local and State legislature in Real Estate, Property Management and Fair Housing sectors.

Oksana speaks 3 languages, enjoys raising her 2 daughters, traveling, and working on continuous personal development.


Dawn Fortner

Controller

Dawn Fortner is a Summa Cum Laude graduate of Indiana Wesleyan University with a BS in Business Management. As the Controller with Denizen Management, the Property Management partner of Birkla Investment Group, Dawn works closely with clients on all financial matters.

With 15 years in the accounting industry, Dawn previously worked as a Firefighter I & II, EMT and Deputy Coroner. Outside of the office, Dawn loves to run and do crafts in her spare time. Dawn is also a Member of the Fraternal Order of Police.

Prior Work History: Prior to Denizen Management, Mrs. Fortner worked as a Firefighter I & II, EMT, Deputy Coroner and 15 years in accounting for Irving Materials, Inc., Greenfield Indiana.  Subsequently, she ran her own business and taught as a substitute teacher.  Mrs. Fortner joined Denizen Management part time in Accounts Payable while running her business; then full time and advancing to the Company’s first Staff Accountant and Senior Staff Accountant.
